9. Limitation of Liability

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

10. Refund Policy

SkillForge Academy offers a limited refund policy. If you are not satisfied with a course, you may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase, provided that you have not completed more than 20% of the course material. To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@skillforgeacademy.com. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days and credited to your original method of payment. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not comply with this policy.

11. Termination

SkillForge Academy may terminate your access to the Services at any time, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with your account. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

18. Course Completion and Certification

Upon successful completion of a course, as determined by SkillForge Academy based on participation, quizzes, assignments, and final projects, you will be awarded a certificate of completion. This certificate acknowledges your effort and achievement in mastering the skills taught in the course. However, the certificate does not guarantee employment or specific career outcomes. The value of the certificate is dependent on your individual performance and the recognition it receives from employers in your field.
